Gervit W from Röhnfried is fed with the drinking water to compensate for feed-related vitamin deficiencies (grain-only feeding) during breeding, racing, molting, the show season, and unfavorable seasons. Supplementing with Gervit W is also recommended to meet the increased vitamin requirements after periods of stress.
Instructions for use: During the breeding and racing season, administer GERVIT-W twice a week at a rate of 2 filled screw caps (10 ml) per 2 liters of water. At other times, once a week is sufficient. To meet increased vitamin requirements, administer GERVIT-W several times a week. Do not give GERVIT-W on race days during the racing season. Copper and iron drinking troughs can negatively affect the stability of the vitamins. Due to its higher vitamin content compared to complete feeds, this supplementary feed should not be given to pigeons at a rate of more than 30 ml per 2 liters of water. For poultry, a supplementary content of no more than 1000 mg choline chloride per kg of complete feed is recommended.
