Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity.)

Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods, provided you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JJ´s Food & Feed Trade GmbH, Siemensstr. 18, 49770 Herzlake, Phone: +49 5962 8729210, Email: info@tierfutterpro.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using a correspondingly labelled button ("Withdraw contract" or similar designation) on our website (www.tierfutterpro.de). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a permanent data carrier (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal of this contract or to JJ´s Food & Feed Trade GmbH, Siemensstr. 18, 49770 Herzlake or to hand them over to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry Grounds

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to perish quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts

- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods, if these have been inextricably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
