Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Goods are shipped worldwide.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

Shipping costs within Germany: flat rate of €6.97.
For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, we offer free shipping, provided the total weight of the order does not exceed 31 kg. Free shipping applies only to the first package. Additional packages will be charged according to our current shipping cost schedule.
Shipping is via DHL. The exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout.

International Deliveries:

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated individually based on destination country and shipping weight.
The calculation is based on a base price plus a weight-based surcharge per 100 g.

The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout in the shopping cart and at the checkout page before your order is completed.

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are to be borne by the recipient.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 3 business days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 24 business days after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment arrangements, after receipt of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For self-collection, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready for pickup and provide pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs are charged.

Additional Payment Details

For invoiced purchases, the amount due must be paid within 14 days.

For payment by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive advance notification (pre-notification) at least 5 days before the direct debit collection date. Please note that you are obligated to ensure sufficient funds in your account on the scheduled date.
