The breakdown and excretion of waste products such as uric acid, lactic acid, and carbonic acid place an additional burden on the animal. Significant body fluid loss also occurs during strenuous activity. For this reason, it is important to administer electrolytes. This restores the body's fluid balance, replenishes electrolyte reserves, and quickly re-establishes the acid-base balance. At the same time, the glucose contained in NATURAL ELECTROLIT provides an immediate supply of energy, thus shortening recovery time. Certain diseases cause severely watery stools and, consequently, significant losses of minerals and body fluids. In these cases, NATURAL ELECTROLIT prevents dehydration and thus accelerates healing.

Instructions for use: 1 level unit (20g) per liter of drinking water

During periods of increased exertion, such as racing, it is advisable to offer NATURAL ELECTROLIT in the drinking water upon returning from a flight and leave it in until the evening feeding. On long-distance flights, pigeons are often away for extended periods. It is crucial that they build up sufficient electrolyte (body salt) reserves. Therefore, NATURAL ELECTROLIT should be added on the day of the race.
