Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery of goods is available worldwide.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany
Shipping within Germany is charged at a flat rate of €6.97.
For orders with a total value of €60 or more, shipping is free of charge, provided that the total weight of the order does not exceed 31 kg.
Free shipping applies exclusively to the first parcel.
Shipping costs for additional parcels will be charged according to the current shipping rate overview.
Shipping is carried out via DHL.
The exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout.
International Deliveries
Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated individually based on the destination country and shipping weight.
The calculation is based on a base price plus a weight-based surcharge per 100 g.
The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process in the shopping cart and at checkout before the order is completed.
Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which must be borne by the recipient.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods takes place:

within Germany: within 3–5 business days

within the European Union: within 5–10 business days

to non-EU countries: within 16–24 business days
after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
For self-collection, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and provide collection details.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
