This antibacterial structural oil with secondary plant compounds contains digestion-promoting essential oils of the oregano plant as well as all important essential fatty acids.
They particularly stimulate bile and enzyme secretion in the intestinal tract, thereby optimizing digestion.

The essential oils (carvacrol and thymol) have an excellent preventive effect against pathogenic bacteria such as coccidia, hexamites, mycoplasmas, E. coli, salmonella, staphylococci, streptococci, chlamydia and corynebacteria, as well as against hairworms and roundworms and various types of fungi such as Aspergillus, Candida and actinomycetes.

A disturbed digestive system paves the way for a variety of harmful (pathogenic) microorganisms and endoparasites.
Especially during stressful situations such as travel, breeding and molting, digestive problems can occur, which in extreme cases manifest as diarrhea.
During the travel season, performance declines result, while in the breeding season this manifests itself in poorly growing young animals (often accompanied by watermarks in the feathers).
