Calcium deficiency can quickly lead to health problems in birds, which is why it is sometimes advisable to provide additional calcium. Versele-Laga Oropharma Calci-Lux is a high-quality calcium source that is water-soluble and can be administered dissolved in drinking water and soft food.

The supplementary feed is ideal during periods of increased calcium requirements, for example during the breeding season, as it can contribute to good eggshell formation. Versele-Laga Oropharma Calci-Lux is also a useful feed supplement for young birds that are growing, as it can promote optimal skeletal development.

Application

Directions for use:
For adult birds outside the breeding season, preventatively: 1 level scoop (=4 g) per 250 ml drinking water or per 100 g moistened ORLUX soft food/egg food, at least 4 days per week.
Calcium supply before and during breeding: 2 level scoops (=8 g) per 250 ml drinking water or per 100 g moistened ORLUX soft food/egg food, at least 4 days per week.
Treatment of calcium deficiencies: 3 level scoops (12 g) per 250 ml drinking water or per 100 g moistened ORLUX soft food/egg food, at least 4 days per week. Store in a cool, dry place.
