Tollyamin Forte contains highly dosed amino acids, electrolytes and B-vitamins. You can use Tollyamin year-round during flight, in the rearing phase and during moulting.

During moulting, we recommend daily administration of Tollyamin in combination with Dosto-WG-Ropa Liquid 10%. Due to the sulphur-containing L-methionine, a slight sulphur odour may develop in the drinking water after a few hours.

Tollyamin Forte can also be given during flight time.

Why is it better that Tollyamin contains L-methionine and not, as in all other products, only DL-methionine?

Nature only knows the L-form, not the D-form. This is why the body can only utilise L-methionine and must excrete D-methionine unused. This results in 50% methionine being lost. This means: if you buy a product with 1000 mg DL-methionine, only 500 mg of this valuable amino acid remains available to the pigeon.

Incidentally, the D-form is not permitted in the human sector.

L-methionine is 20 times more expensive than DL-methionine and is naturally the better form for all animals.
