Thanks to its composition, using insect fat, salmon oil, lecithin and pure oregano oil, Röhnfried Fatbooster ensures maximum energy supply during races and training. The high proportion of medium-chain fatty acids in Fatbooster has a positive effect on the pigeons' form and performance.
Traditionally, oils have been used as fat supplements. However, since this year, insect fat is available to us as a raw material, offering a health-promoting alternative. This insect fat offers various advantages: It contains a high amount of unsaturated fatty acids, especially omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which have health-promoting effects. In addition, insect fat contains valuable antioxidants. The composition of insect fat includes a balanced mixture of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Lauric acid is an important saturated fatty acid in insect fat and is known for its antimicrobial properties. It can ward off harmful microorganisms such as bacteria (gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus and Streptococcus), viruses and fungi, and supports the immune system through its effect. Furthermore, lauric acid, as a medium-chain fatty acid, is easily digestible and a readily available source of energy.
The unsaturated fatty acids in insect fat include monounsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid, as well as polyunsaturated fatty acids, including linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid that is indispensable for the body and must be taken in through food. It supports cell structure and regulates inflammatory processes. Insect fat mixed with oregano oil, salmon oil and aniseed oil is particularly well suited as a versatile supplement before the race. It is excellently absorbed by the pigeons and, due to the antimicrobial properties of lauric acid and the diverse health benefits of omega-6 and omega-3, insect fat supports the immune system and can have an inflammation-regulating effect.

Feeding recommendation: 1-2 tablespoons of Röhnfried Fatbooster are mixed with 1 kg of grain feed until it is well distributed around the grains. The prepared feed can then be fed. We recommend RO200ready, MagnePro, K+K Protein 3000 or Immunbooster for binding. Storage: Store at room temperature and protected from light! Use within 3 months after opening.
