During great exertion, the metabolism produces an increased amount of waste products. The breakdown and excretion of waste products such as uric acid, lactic acid, and carbonic acid are an additional burden for the animal. During particular exertion, there is also a significant loss of body fluid. For this reason, it is important to administer electrolytes. The water balance is restored, the electrolyte supply is replenished, and the acid-base balance is quickly re-established. At the same time, the glucose contained in NATURAL ELECTROLIT provides an immediate supply of energy, which shortens the recovery time. Certain diseases cause strongly watery droppings and, as a result, significant losses of minerals and body fluid. In these cases, NATURAL ELECTROLIT prevents dehydration and thus accelerates healing.
Its use is recommended during increased exertion.

Application

Application: In case of increased exertion, e.g. during races, it is advisable to offer NATURAL ELECTROLIT in the drinking water upon return from a flight and leave it until the evening feeding. In long-distance flights, pigeons are often on the road for a longer time. It is very important that sufficient reserves of electrolytes (body salts) are built up here. Therefore, NATURAL ELECTROLIT should be added on the day of the race.
