Klaus Picosan Dry Bath 500 g – Natural Dry Bath for Poultry in a 5-Liter Bucket

Klaus Picosan Dry Bath is a high-quality natural product for the care of chickens, ducks, quails, and other poultry. It supports natural feather care, provides a clean dust bath, and creates a more hygienic stable environment.

The fine powder based on silicon dioxide (SiO₂) is suitable for both dust baths and application in litter, nesting areas, and cracks and crevices in the coop.

Application

For the litter:

Clean the coop thoroughly.
Mix approx. 100 g Picosan with 5–10 kg dry litter (e.g., wood shavings, pea straw, or other suitable litter).

For the dust bath:

Mix approx. 100 g Picosan with 10 kg dry scratching sand or dust bath sand.
The dust bath should be continuously available to the animals.

Additional application:

Lightly dust nesting trays, nesting cells, and cracks and crevices in the coop with Picosan.
For optimal results, the litter should always be kept dry and moisture in the coop avoided.
