Picobal® Rassegeflügel Mineral contains calcified seaweed as well as calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus compounds. Picobal Geflügel-Mineral was developed in cooperation with Wilfried Detering, breeder of bantam Plymouth Rocks and Modern English Game bantams.
The minerals contained in Picobal:
- supplement the supply of calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus
- can be given to chicks from week 10
- can be fed throughout the year
Directions for use: Picobal is given to the fancy poultry in dry form in a separate container (e.g. grit box) for constant access.
Due to the increased content of trace elements, this feed may only be fed at up to 5% of the total ration.
Composition: Calcium carbonate, quartz grit, carbonated calcified seaweed, dicalcium phosphate, calcium sodium phosphate, calcium magnesium carbonate, sodium chloride, cellulose heat-processed.
Constituents: Ash insoluble in hydrochloric acid 35% Calcium (ca): 26% Sodium (NA): 0.5% Phosphorus (P) 0.4%.
