Chickens, geese, turkeys, ducks, and other poultry emit a scent that is very attractive to insects. Ingesting certain extracts can alter this scent, which is so appealing to pests, so that they avoid the animals in the future.

In the wild, chickens, geese, turkeys, ducks, and other poultry not only forage for their basic food, but they also selectively choose specific plants containing a variety of natural extracts. They independently alter their body odor and are less bothered by insects.

Ida Plus Mite & Away contains corresponding plant extracts that, among other things, change the body odor of the animals and thus naturally supports insect repellent.

Feeding recommendation:
Days 1-5: 1 ml of Milb&Weg per liter of drinking water daily
Days 6-10: Rest

The extracts in detail: Burdock is considered, among other things, a tonic for the immune system. Oregano is increasingly gaining attention as a natural antibiotic. Star anise is familiar to many as the starting material for the anti-flu medication Tamiflu and is traditionally used for digestive and respiratory problems. Ginseng is generally considered invigorating.
