Usnea barbata (old man's beard lichen) naturally contains usnic acid.
Usnic acid is generally known for its natural effectiveness against intestinal disorders, infections, bacteria, fungi, and respiratory problems.
In literature, usnic acid is described as a natural antibiotic.

Application

Instructions for use:
For travel preparation: 5-day course.
During travel: Twice weekly in drinking water.
During breeding: For one week.
Moulting: Twice weekly.
Add 1 teaspoon to 1 litre of drinking water or 1 kg of feed.
Notes: Shake before use. Store in a cool and dark place.
Do not use after the expiry date. Store tightly sealed.

Eurital Usnea Barbata is a liquid, natural flavouring from beard lichen (Usnea barbata). Beard lichen is a natural product known in racing pigeon keeping for generations. Eurital processes it into a ready-to-use liquid without any additional additives.

As a flavouring, Usnea Barbata affects the smell and palatability of drinking water and feed. Pigeon breeders have traditionally used beard lichen during busy periods of the pigeon year – for race preparation, during racing, during breeding and moulting.

100% Usnea barbata – without additional additives
Liquid and ready-to-use – via drinking water or feed
Economical dosing: 1 teaspoon per litre of drinking water or per kg of feed
Available in 500 ml and 1-litre bottle

Composition: 100% Usnea barbata (beard lichen), liquid.
