Dari, also called sorghum, is a type of millet. Dari seeds are about the size of hemp seeds. The seeds originate from the warm regions of Australia, Asia, Africa, and South America. There are three varieties: white, yellow, and reddish-brown. It's worth noting that we generally prefer white dari to reddish-brown. In terms of nutritional value as a food, there is no difference between the colors. Dari contains more starch than wheat. The seeds are also rich in amino acids, and the protein in dari has a high leucine content.
