Supplementary feed for pigeons

Stress, changes in diet, or antibiotic treatments can very quickly lead to changes in the natural gut flora. Food is no longer optimally utilized, and the immune system is weakened.

Probac 1000 contains a special combination of pigeon-specific and colonizing microorganisms, as well as a unique combination of gut-regulating carbohydrates. The various bacterial cultures it contains mutually support each other's ability to actively colonize the pigeon's small intestine. This aids digestion, produces essential nutrients, stabilizes the natural intestinal flora, and has a positive effect on the immune system.

Regular administration of Probac 1000 boosts the natural immune system, improves feed conversion, stimulates appetite, and thus enhances performance. This provides the pigeons with more energy during races.

Due to its specific composition, Probac 1000 is the ideal electrolyte after a race, as it significantly shortens the regeneration phase. It is therefore recommended to administer Probac 1000 to the pigeons on the day of their return and again the following day. The droppings will be firmly formed and brown again by the next morning, and the down molt will have already begun.

Instructions for use: To achieve the effects described above, a suitable concentration and regular administration are crucial. Therefore, a single gram (1 g) of Probac 1000 contains more than 1.5 billion pigeon-specific, colony-forming bacteria. It is recommended to administer 5 g of Probac 1000 twice a week per 1 liter of water or 1 kg of feed per day for 25 pigeons. This ensures that each individual bird receives more than 300 million beneficial bacteria per day. With each feeding, the intestines are essentially flooded with bacteria.

Other areas of application

After courses of antibiotics or chemotherapy, Probac 1000 should be administered for 3-5 days to quickly restore the damaged intestinal flora. Probac 1000 is also excellent after vaccinations against paramyxovirus, paratyphoid, or pox, as it eases the pigeon's immune response and rapidly regenerates the compromised intestinal flora. Due to its improved feed conversion properties, Probac 1000 is ideal during the breeding and molting seasons to enhance the growth of young pigeons and improve feather quality.
