Supplementary feed for pigeons

It was produced in collaboration with veterinarian Nanne Wolff from Hattemerbroek and consists of an octacosanol complex, specially developed for use in racing pigeons. The octacosanol is extracted from wheat germ oil and contains, among other things, ergogenic (performance-enhancing substances).

When using Octa 10000, the amount of available oxygen is increased, performance, endurance and reaction speed are improved, willingness to train increases and the glycogen content in the muscles improves.

Carbohydrates are absorbed faster and better, providing more energy over a longer period while simultaneously regulating blood sugar levels.

Octa 10000 ensures that muscle fatigue, muscle building and lactic acid formation occur later, while muscle energy is regenerated faster.

Instructions for use: Moisten the pigeon feed with a little Omega or Energy Oil and sprinkle Octa 10000 over it. Octa 10000 can be administered daily: half a measuring spoon is sufficient for 25 pigeons.

- As preparation for important flights, administer Octa 10000 - depending on the distance as follows: 100 - 350 km: 3 days before basketing and 1 day after the flight: half a measuring spoon for 25 pigeons.

- 350–600 km: 7 days before basketing and 1 day after the flight: half a measuring spoon for 25 pigeons. For longer flights, we recommend administering Octa 10000 at the above dosage starting 3 weeks before basketing.
