Bifs Vior 1000ml
Supplementary feed for pigeons
As we saw above, a fully functioning digestive system is important in resisting infections.
Indeed, the intestines represent an entry point for numerous bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli, and streptococci. Fortunately, certain products can facilitate this function of resistance.
For this reason, incidentally, such products are increasingly being used in industrial poultry farming instead of antibiotics and other growth factors, particularly to combat the problems of salmonella.
For this purpose, many pigeon fanciers regularly give their pigeons apple cider vinegar, the benefits of which many are familiar with. It's true that apple cider vinegar is physiologically suitable for humans and plays a beneficial role in regulating cholesterol. But do our racing pigeons have cholesterol problems? Apparently not.
In contrast, Vior has been specially developed for birds, and homing pigeons in particular. This product is the result of extensive experience gained by our nutrition specialists.
Vior is a 100% natural, plant-based product. The various plants are derived from a mixture of weak acids, the pH (acidity) of which has been calculated to optimize the function of the pigeon's digestive system.
Vior regulates the pH level and thereby promotes the production of lactic acid bacteria (natural probiotics). These lactic acid bacteria create a natural balance in the gut (gut flora). They produce vitamins and nutrients and reduce pathogenic bacteria.
Vior actively supports the restoration of the natural intestinal flora. But Vior has many other benefits. It is a source of trace elements and easily absorbed minerals, including a high percentage of iron. Vior has the advantage of administering iron in an organic form, making it easily assimilable.
Iron is very important for athletes, and for racing pigeons in particular. Active iron promotes blood formation, increases the number of red blood cells, and thereby improves oxygen concentration and transport in the blood. Silica is another assimilable metal; it forms an important component of Vior. Pigeon feathers also contain silica, so it's not surprising that pigeons regularly given Vior in their drinking water have iridescent and soft plumage. This oiliness of the feathers facilitates flight.
The regular administration of Vior is noticeable in the general condition of the pigeon: smooth breast skin without scales, glossy plumage, improved athletic performance.
At the moment of weaning and during the first training sessions with other animals, the regular administration of Vior in the drinking water greatly reduces the risks of adenovirus infection. On the other hand, our experience has shown us...
