Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

We deliver our goods worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €6.97.
From an order value of €60 we ship free of charge, provided the total weight of the order does not exceed 31 kg.
Free shipping applies exclusively to the first parcel.
For additional parcels, shipping costs are charged according to the current shipping cost overview.

Shipping is handled by DHL.
The exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout.

International deliveries

Shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated individually based on the destination country and shipping weight.
The calculation is based on a base price plus a weight-based surcharge per 100 g.

The exact shipping costs are shown during the ordering process in the shopping cart and at checkout before the order is completed.

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes or fees, which are to be borne by the recipient.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered:

• within Germany within 3–5 working days,

• within the European Union within 5–10 working days,

• to non-EU countries within 16–24 working days

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of collection in person, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and about collection options.
In this case, no shipping costs are charged.
